At a stirring service, before a congregation of approximately 70 people, the Rev. Bill McLaughlan, National Overseer of the Church of God in Scotland and Pastor of the Dingwell Church, set apart the Ministry Team of the Gorbals Church of God, Glasgow.

The Rev David Lawson (Senior Pastor), Rev. Michael Angley Ogwuche (Missions Pastor) and Richard Reid (Worship Leader) were set apart for ministry.

Exortations and expressions of goodwill were given by the Rev. David Ellerby (Pastor of the Elgin Church), Rev. Paul McLaughlan (Pastor of the Inverness Church), Mrs. Pearl Lawson (Rev. David Lawson's wife),Rev. Neil Morrison (Pastor of the Auchinloch Church) and the Rev.Dr. Sheila McLaughlan., ( well known International Church of God Teacher and Preacher.
